​Aspern Smart City Research GmbH & Co KG (ASCR) is an energy research project. It is a joint venture involving Siemens Austria (44.1%), Wien Energie (29.95%), Wiener Netze (20%), and the City of Vienna, represented by the Vienna Business Agency (4.66%) and Wien 3420 (1.29%).
