Firebase is a backend cloud computing and application development platform owned by Google, providing databases, authentication, hosting, and analytics for mobile and web applications.

As a Google product, Firebase operates under the same corporate structure providing $1.2 billion in military cloud and AI services to the Israeli occupation forces through Project Nimbus, which the 2025 UN Human Rights Council report identified as complicit in Israel's "economy of genocide."
