WebEx, owned by Cisco Systems, provides video conferencing and collaboration technology directly to the Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF). In November 2023, Cisco sold WebEx communications solutions to the Israeli military in partnership with Bynet, an Israeli tech company that assists in automating genocide and provides services to Israeli prisons and illegal settlements . The Israeli military has been using Cisco's WebEx video conferencing since 2023, as part of Cisco's broader role as one of the main providers of networking hardware for the Israeli military.
