DeepMind
Google DeepMind is an AI research laboratory owned by Alphabet Inc., making it subject to the same boycott as Google due to its complicity in Israeli genocide as documented in the 2025 UN Human Rights Council report. DeepMind develops Google's Gemini AI models. Internal documents obtained by The Intercept show Google processed multiple requests for Gemini AI access from Israel's Ministry of War throughout 2024. When Israel's internal military cloud became overloaded in October 2023, Google granted an urgent Ministry of War request to expand Vertex AI access.
Project Nimbus
Through Project Nimbus, Google provides the Israeli military with AI and machine learning services including AutoML for training custom models, AI-enabled facial detection, automated image categorization, object tracking, and sentiment analysis. The 2025 UN Human Rights Council report connected this infrastructure to AI targeting systems including "Lavender," "Gospel," and "Where's Daddy?" that generated lists marking tens of thousands of Palestinians for potential airstrikes.
