Amazon Industrial Innovation Fund

Amazon Industrial Innovation Fund is a $1 billion corporate venture capital fund launched by Amazon in April 2022 to invest in warehouse automation, robotics, and supply chain technology companies.

As a direct subsidiary of Amazon, the fund operates under the same corporate structure named complicit in Israeli apartheid and genocide by the 2025 UN Human Rights Council report A/HRC/59/23. Amazon provides cloud infrastructure to the Israeli occupation forces through the $1.2 billion Project Nimbus contract and launched the AWS Israel Region with a $7.2 billion investment commitment through 2037.

Israeli Portfolio Investments

Amazon Industrial Innovation Fund have invested in several Israeli startups further increasing Amazon's complicity in Israel's economy of apartheid:

BionicHIVE, a warehouse robotics company based in the Sapirim Industrial Park in Sderot near the Gaza border, received the fund's first international investment in April 2022. The company filed for bankruptcy in December 2024 after its Sderot offices were declared a military zone and employees were called up for reserve duty in the Israeli occupation forces.

Flymingo, a Tel Aviv-based computer vision startup, received funding from the Industrial Innovation Fund in March 2023. The company develops warehouse surveillance technology.

CoreTigo, a Netanya-based industrial wireless communication company, received a $5 million investment as part of its Series B1 round, alongside Qualcomm Ventures and Verizon Ventures.
