Leaps by Bayer is the corporate venture capital arm of Bayer, the German chemical and pharmaceutical conglomerate complicit in Israeli war crimes through its white phosphorus production and glyphosate-based chemical warfare. Founded in 2015 and based in Leverkusen, Germany, Leaps by Bayer has committed over $2.1 billion across more than 50 portfolio companies in biotechnology, agriculture, and health sciences.

Leaps by Bayer led a $40 million Series B funding round into Ukko in January 2021. Ukko is an Israeli biotech company.
FutuRx
Leaps by Bayer is a partner in FutuRx, the biotechnology incubator in Israel described by Bayer as "the leading biotechnology incubator in Israel where industry partners team with the Office of the Israeli Innovation Authority of the Ministry of Economy." FutuRx collaborates directly with the Israeli government.
